The Curriculum

The magic is in the details. Trained Waldorf teachers thoughtfully plan and implement their lessons with the greatest of care to prepare the body, mind, and soul to receive the information given them and to engage each part of the child in the learning process. It is awe inspiring to see how purposeful and intentional each task the child is doing in every subject and class and how it all correlates and supports the child in their stage of development. Multiple times throughout the year teachers meet with the parents as a group to share observations and insights into the classes development and growth along with how the curriculum is relating to that. Below is a board overview of the main topics taught in each grade along with a few of the skills developed in the Co-curricular classes.
